Ferrari 166MM Wireframe

Ferrari 166MM wireframe sculpture, previously displayed at Casa Natale Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena

The Ferrari 166MM was designed in 1948 for endurance competition, taking its name from the infamous Mille Miglia. The car was coach built by Carrozzeria Touring; employing their patented Superleggera method creating cars of both extreme lightness and dynamism, combined with exceptional structural rigidity.

What we are pleased to offer here is a wireframe sculpture of the 166MM believed to be produced by Giancarlo Guerra decades ago; an individual originally involved with the infamous 250 GTO protoype during his time at Scaglietti.

Recently shown at the Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena, this unique piece of Ferrari memorabilia would be the perfect addition to any discerning collection or a fantastic centre piece to any room; an opportunity not to be missed.
